〔記者黃村杉／新北報導〕想在新北市大秀才藝、展現自我的藝術展演者，要把握機會，由文化局所辦理的新北市街頭藝人認證，即日起至9月14日受理報名，10月26日將在板橋車站特定專用區站前廣場舉辦，年滿16歲以上的本國國民，或領有內政部入出國及移民署核發有效期限至少6個月以上居留證之外籍人士皆可報名。
