〔記者游本謀／宜蘭報導〕羅東鎮23里里長們大變裝！每人身穿蘇格蘭服，手打森巴鼓，組成「里長森巴鼓隊」，平均年齡64歲，連日來緊鑼密鼓加強練習，準備「進軍」2013羅東藝穗節「百變花漾」嘉年華，展現他們的才藝，8月10日下午藝穗節大踩街，大家將可見到不一樣的里長。
