〔記者賴淑禎／台中報導〕臺中市訂定的低碳城市發展自治條例草案出爐，也象徵臺中市再推廣城市低碳行動方面，又更具體的作為，而這項自治條例在舉行公聽會之後，還必須由市議會進行最後討論通過，部分臺中市政府官員樂觀的認為應該可以在這下個會期通過。
