發2年期存單 彭淮南說試水溫

（中央社記者高照芬台北5日電）中央銀行總裁彭淮南晚間表示，停發10年後，央行將發行2年期定期存單是試一試市場水溫，與升息沒有關係。

睽違10年，中央銀行今天公布，8月12日將發行總額新台幣100億元的2年期定期存單（NCD），以因應市場需求，並增加金融機構資產配置的多元性。

彭淮南晚間出席立法院財委會委員宴請財金首長晚宴時，接受媒體訪問時，一連說了三次「與升息沒有關係」。

央行官員表示，央行貨幣政策的基調仍維持「適度寬鬆」。1020805
