靜待非製造業數據出爐　美股開低

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】7月ISM非製造業指數將於台北時間晚上10點公布。在上周公布的7月ISM製造業指數創2年新高後，投資人憂心，若服務業同步走強，恐加大美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）近期減碼QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）的可能性，拖累周一美股開盤走跌。
