〔記者陳木隆／宜蘭報導〕家住宜蘭市的陳信南，經商有成，雖然常年在香港從事中藥材貿易事業，仍時時關心故鄉事務。有感於他父親生前樂善好施，於父親辭世後，用所收奠儀購買一部四輪傳動休旅車，13日捐給大同鄉公所，幫助更多原鄉弱勢及遭遇急難的鄉民。
