〔記者李鴻典／台北報導〕總統馬英九自九十八年起力推「愛台12建設」，但4年來投資效益仍嚴重倒貼，不但執行績效未達預期，不少民間投資計畫也乏人問津，像是農村再生計畫的績效指標不到五成？對此，農委會回應指出，愛台12建設農村相關計畫績效指標實際達成率為96％，顯見計畫已深入各農村社區並受到居民肯定。
