〔社會中心／台北報導〕以電視劇《台灣霹靂火》、飾演「劉文聰」一角而走紅的藝人秦楊，14日凌晨3時左右，被民眾發現醉倒路旁，頭部還出現流血情況。民眾見狀趕緊報警，消防人員趕到現場，欲將秦楊送醫，但他疑似「發酒瘋」，竟對消防人員口出惡言，甚至還揮拳打中消防員下體。
