〔記者林弘展／台北報導〕軍事審判法修正案在2013年8月15日起實施，國防部憲兵指揮部自15日0800起執行代號「日新專案」行動，將分11個戒護梯隊、分送11個戒護地區，由武裝憲兵配合各地警政單位戒護254名軍事監獄受刑人、16位被收押在軍事看守所的嫌疑人，共270位軍事犯移送法務部11處監獄與看守所收容。
