〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕民眾在買預售屋時，可得睜大眼睛，看清楚業者提供的相關資訊。公平交易委員會今(14)日委員會議處罰2業者在銷售建案時廣告不實，分別是建案用途為辦公室，但卻以一般住宅用語及圖示做廣告，以及在廣告中將陽台劃作臥室、衛浴等住宅室內空間，分別處日新開發80萬元、樺融建設50萬元罰鍰。
