〔記者林錫霞／苗栗報導〕臺灣師範大學科技應用與人力資源發展學系由9位同學組成的「紅蜻蜓3.0」，參加了農委會水保局舉辦的102年度大專生洄游農村競賽活動，從都市走進了農村，進駐於臺灣第一口油井的所在地—苗栗縣公館鄉開礦社區，駐村期間學生們探索、發掘、運用所學研發設計出融合社區既有的油礦文化與柿子產業的多樣「礦柿鉅作」，其中源自挖掘石油奇想的可口冰品與相關配套產品等組合而成之具前瞻性商品價值的「礦柿奇冰」，倍受好評，更讓大家能夠從新看見開礦社區的價值與前景。
