【鉅亨網記者黃佩珊 台北】工總今(11)日公布2013年工總白皮書，共有262項建言，是歷年來最多，反應產業界對台灣投資環境日趨惡化的憂心。工總理事長許勝雄表示，大家最關心的莫過於台灣經濟何時能走出「悶」的困境。
