〔記者葉立斌／台北報導〕中颱蘇力預計在13日凌晨5時登陸台灣本島，但會從何處登陸很難確定。氣象局預測，在13日上午至下午這段時間，因颱風結構被地形破壞，風雨將逐漸減弱，預計在13日下午脫離暴風圈，14日解除陸上與海上颱風警報。
