〔生活中心／綜合報導〕中颱蘇力剛剛遠離，全台灣還有39萬多戶民眾，苦於無電可用！根據台電今（13）天統計，因為蘇力過境，迄今已造成全台71萬4845萬戶停電，又以基隆市停電數最多，雖然積極搶修，但目前基隆、台中、桃園、南投等地仍有39萬多戶尚未復電；停電連帶影響新北市、桃園2地停水，波及2萬4500戶，已陸續供水。
