生活中心／綜合報導 蘇力颱風「橫切」北台灣而過，台北測到最強13級風，根據台北市政府今（13）天最新統計，截到目前為止，光路樹就倒塌高達829棵，創下5年新高，預計今晚8點可完成主要道路的清理；另台北市5萬5千多戶停電，也是近年災情最慘。
