中市擬禁保麗龍餐具

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】台中市研擬《低碳城市發展自治條例草案》，預定本月8日召開公聽會，台中市副市長蔡炳坤在公聽會前記者會上指出，草案中明訂量販店、餐飲店等店家不得使用保麗龍飲料杯及餐具，各學校機關辦活動或無環保金爐宗教場所都應採取紙錢集中焚燒，同時禁止燃放一般爆竹煙火；另用電大戶也須設置一定比例的太陽能光電設備，否則都會被依法開罰最低1200元，最高10萬元罰款。
