〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕由於房價上揚，近3年大台北地區首購族的平均購屋總價及購屋年齡，都明顯上升，台北市中心區的平均首購年齡高達39.2歲，其中，中正區更以平均40.8歲，居大台北之冠。
