〔記者黃志政／台中報導〕有部分民眾疑慮，隨狂犬病疫情延燒，台中市政府收容的流浪動物大增，可能會因空間不足而提早將動物安樂死；副市長蔡炳坤19日在市政會議中重申，動物收容空間不夠就擴建，絕對不會提早安樂死收容動物！
