中央氣象局預估，潭美（Trami）颱風將於20日白天開始轉向靠近台灣，21日影響最劇，到時暴風圈將會籠罩整個北部。氣象專家提醒，由於潭美動作慢，在海上吸飽水氣形成水颱風，到時中元節直撲北台灣，適逢大潮，要嚴防暴雨導致河水宣洩不及，若又引起海水倒灌，後果將非常嚴重。 《詳全文...》
