〔社會中心／新北報導〕新北市1名江姓男子遭指控去年5月性侵女同事，女同事同情江男親人去世又與女友爭吵，因此凌晨到江男住處安慰，不料卻被性侵，隱忍一年後，憤而提告，卻因罪證不足，江男獲不起訴。
