〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕在釣魚台問題上發出挑釁的不僅僅是部分右翼。據日本《讀賣新聞》18日報導，日本首相安倍晉三在修憲方面的專家諮詢會議「重建安全保障法律基礎懇談會」當天建議，除修改法律使日本擁有集體自衛權之外，還應當加強立法，確保自衛隊在「日本遭受攻擊」、特別是釣魚台方面出現緊張局勢時，「可充分地使用武力」，行使「個體自衛權」。韓國SBS電視台18日解讀說，此前日本政府認為，即使在釣魚台附近發生衝突也無需動用自衛隊，但現在這個諮詢機構卻認為，在沒有發生戰爭情況下，自衛隊仍可使用武力。
