〔記者任禮清／雲林報導〕雲林縣長蘇治芬28日曾率眾到行政院要治水經費，隔天康芮颱風大雨就將近淹沒半個雲林，縣府強調要求行政院編列六年六百億後續治水經費不是做秀，真的會淹大水，縣長蘇治芬也表示水患無情，難道為馬政府辯護就不會淹水嗎？
