〔社會中心／台北報導〕鉅晶科技公司發起人張伊犁違反證券交易法，涉嫌不法吸金高達4億餘元，我國法務部基於「海峽兩岸共同打擊犯罪及司法互助協議」，積極與陸方主管部門進行工作會談，終於2013年5月6日將張伊犁遣返回台制裁，而今(30)日法官認為他惡行重大且無悔意，重判張伊犁7年徒刑。
