〔記者吳順永／台南報導〕輕度颱風康芮的外圍環流引進旺盛水氣，雲嘉南縣市雨量累積驚人，造成部分地區淹大水，災情嚴重，勞委會主委潘世偉8/30特地南下勘災，立即啟動提供災區就業協助措施，未來由地方政府提出申請，中央將補助經費僱用臨時工，幫居民清理家園。
