〔記者何沛霖／高雄報導〕康芮颱風過境，今（29）日凌晨瞬間豪雨造成岡山、阿蓮地區積水，高雄市長陳菊上午8時至高雄市水情中心瞭解情形，隨後前往岡山視察，目前各地滯洪池及抽水站均順利運作中，發揮相當功效，陳菊也指示水利局持續向中央爭取治水預算，強化防洪設施。
