〔記者王鼎鈞／台北報導〕馬英九總統今（12）日指出，當年的「亞太營運中心」因「戒急用忍」沒法突破；「自由貿易港區」因兩岸沒有三通直航，所以效果有限；現在推動的「自由經濟示範區」是一個非常重要的策略，「只許成功、不許失敗」。
