〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕教育部贈送幼兒閱讀禮袋的活動，台南市將從7月14日開始發放。發放對象為99年1月1日到101年12月31日之間出生的小寶寶。至於102年出生的小寶寶呢？葉建良館長說，為了閱讀扎根，賴清德市長提倡幼兒閱讀「從0歲開始」，今年由市政府編列經費，全面發放新生兒閱讀禮袋；請小寶寶的父母拿著你的身分證和戶口名簿，到各區的公共圖書館為你的小寶寶申辦人生的第一張借書證，就可以領取一份閱讀禮袋。
