〔記者馮珮汶／台北報導〕中央氣象局公布最新颱風動態，中度颱風蘇力目前在宜蘭東南東方約230公里海面上，7級風暴風半徑 280 公里，10級風暴風半徑 100 公里，以每小時23公里的速度向西北西轉西北前進。
