〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕因應蘇力颱風來襲，新北市12日下午2點停止上班、上課，淡水河沿岸水門下午5時預定封閉，新北市中午起開放各學校停車，公車下午起將提供密集班次輸運市民返家。全市也將於12日下午14時起開放黃線及紅線停車，同時暫停路邊停車收費。
