〔記者葉立斌／台北報導〕蘇力邊緣碰觸陸地後，各地都開始出現風雨。蘇力的暴風半徑已覆蓋東台灣，而新竹的五峰鄉出現80毫米時雨量。因中心接近台灣後，易造成路徑不穩定，因此新北市、宜蘭與花蓮都是可能的中心登陸位置。而台灣要脫離暴風圈，可能須等到13日下午了。
