〔記者葉立斌／台北報導〕颱風可能會變伸卡球，會突然向下探？中央大學大氣系兼任副教授吳德榮認為，現在預測颱風路徑不夠明智，因為蘇力在登陸後因陸地削弱颱風，走向會變得不穩定，可能向南方探，新北、宜蘭、花蓮都有可能，有如旅美投手王建民的伸卡球一般。
