〔記者孫偉倫／綜合報導〕被視為馬英九總統愛將的國安會副祕書長楊永明，於12日拜會基隆市議長黃景泰時證實，總統已核准他的辭呈，也已知道他準備參選基隆市長。另一名傳聞中的可能人選，總統府副秘書長羅智強則低調表示，「颱風天不談政治」。
