〔記者曹逸雯／台北報導〕康芮颱風帶來的強降雨，讓大多數中南部水庫滿庫，包括白河水庫、曾文水庫、牡丹水庫等都已調節性放水，經濟部水利署表示，目前全台共有16水庫、壩、埤進行調節性放水、自由溢流等，提醒下游民眾注意。
