〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕民進黨立委陳其邁、陳亭妃今（30）日召開記者會指出，陸軍下士洪仲丘體檢BMI值為33，體格分類為3等，不符關禁閉，但體格分類竟填2等，結果542旅衛生連軍醫官王劭中，以及269旅長楊方漢，卻從未被軍檢傳訊、起訴，反而起訴說實話的小兵。
