〔記者李鴻典／連線報導〕颱風康芮降下超大豪雨，導致雲嘉南等地淹水，部分縣市在昨日緊急宣布停班停課，引發部分民怨，內政部長李鴻源不客氣地說，部分地方政府處置消極，應該檢討。對於究竟是氣象局預報失準或是首長反應太慢，雲林縣長蘇治芬今(30)日表示，這個沒有誰對誰錯的問題，人算不如天算。
