（軍聞社記者姜大宇專訪）「幸好有官兵的幫助，不然學生們開學的日期不知道要拖到什麼時候。」臺南市新進國小校長黃耿鐘指出，歷經多次風災，這是該校首次淹水，位於地下室的教具室更是滿目瘡痍，但幸有官兵們的協助，加快校園復原的速度。
