〔記者林修卉／綜合報導〕輕度颱風康芮造成豪雨，中南部淹水嚴重。行政院長江宜樺今（30）日南下嘉義視察，嘉義縣長張花冠在做簡報時突然下跪，請求中央政府儘速撥預算治水。張花冠雙膝還未跪到地，就被江宜樺扶起，還直呼「縣長不用這樣！」
