〔記者康仁俊／新北市報導〕新北市政府今（12）日上午9時宣布，依據中央氣象局發布之蘇力(SOULIK)颱風警報及風雨預測資料，轄區內各機關學校102年7月12日（星期五）下午2時起停止上班及上課。
