〔記者彭夢竺／台北報導〕蘇力颱風直撲台灣，颱風已減弱為中度颱風，各縣市政府根據氣象局最新颱風動態，公布12日上班上課、停班停課情形，台北市、新北市、基隆市下午2點停班停課；宜蘭縣下午3點半停班停課。
