〔記者吳毓敏／綜合報導〕目前已轉為中颱的蘇力逐步向台灣逼近，預測將為台灣中北部帶來350毫米以上驚人的降雨量，美國有線電視新聞網(CNN)於今(12)天清晨強調，儘管蘇力不是超級颱風，但降雨量仍不容小覷，並預計在13號凌晨2點至4點間登陸台灣，屆時全台將壟罩在整個暴風範圍內。
