〔記者莊雨琳／台北報導〕中颱蘇力強力襲台，包括北北基等多個縣市，今(12)日陸續宣布下午將停班停課，行政院農業委員會農業金融局中午表示，農業金融機構比照各銀行業，正常運作到下午3時30分。
