〔記者馮珮汶／台北報導〕來自中央氣象局最新消息，中度颱風蘇力已逐漸逼近，宜蘭、花東地區已出現長浪與局部大豪雨情形發生，下午3時左右位於宜蘭東南東方約340公里之海面上，以每小時23公里速度向西北西進行。
