〔記者馮珮汶／台北報導〕蘇力颱風已逐漸逼近台灣本島陸地，氣象局表示這次要特別留意可能會出現15級以上的強陣風，不過才剛啟用的國道五楊高架路段，向來風勢就不小，這次面臨颱風威脅，交通部長葉匡時也表示，已請高公局用電子告示板提醒駕駛人注意，屆時也不排除封閉國道五號五陽高架路段，確保安全。
