〔地方中心／彰化報導〕蘇力颱風來勢洶洶，彰化目前雖然沒有風雨，但為強化颱風可能帶來災害相關應變處置作為，彰化縣災害應變中心12日上午8時一級開設，縣長卓伯源並於9時召開蘇力颱風第一次防災會議，要求各單位持續加強防災整備作業，同時根據氣象資料研判，今晚至明晨風雨將陸續增強，呼籲鄉親持續注意不可輕忽，八卦山脈土石流易發地區，沿海地勢低窪地區皆應加強戒備。
