〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕基因子公司生技達人旗下胖達人標榜天然的麵包，近期遭踢爆添加人工香精，檢調正在調查中，基因股價也持續重挫至11個月來的低點，基因公告指出，獨立董事葉公亮因業務繁忙為由辭任，連帶的也卸任薪資報酬委員會委員一職；葉公亮是今年6月18日董監改選時才擔任獨董，他的辭任引發外界關注。
