研究：腸癌化療基因檢測3%會突變
大腸直腸癌晚期病人確診後均需接受傳統的化學治療；根據研究發現，腸癌病人經由UGT1A1基因檢測，有3%病人會出現基因突變，針對使用傳統化療藥物Irinotecan治療時，劑量須減少，以降低毒性，至於沒有產生基因突變者，則可增加劑量，以提升治療效果。 《詳全文...》
