〔記者冀敏／南投報導〕「善的力量」動人心弦。 南投縣正府15日上午舉辦《敢動‧感動--南投人的風景圖畫》新書發表會，書中主角陳綢阿嬤、陳一誠、黃瑞羚、邱慶禧分享心情故事，氣氛感人；金牌教練黃泰吉親率學生表演空手道，全國卓越社區富州的千歲鼓，鼓動人心，代理縣長陳志清細數書中感人故事，希望透過這本書，把南投的愛傳遞出去。
