〔記者黃村杉／新北報導〕新北市招商績效全國第一，經發局長葉惠青指出，去年透過獎勵創新投資計畫，提供房屋稅、地價稅、租金、職訓費用及新聘在地員工薪資等獎勵，鼓勵在地企業研發創新，並吸引國內外企業總部、研發中心進駐新北，目前有台灣愛立信、美商百及物流等知名企業進駐。
