〔記者洪西國／苗栗報導〕行車記錄器品牌大廠群華電子熱心社會公益，今天到縣府捐贈1千台高畫質行車記錄器給苗栗縣公益及弱勢團體，縣長劉政鴻致贈感謝狀表達謝意，並表示將優先安裝在縣府溫馨巴士、教養院復康巴士及縣內各幼兒園交通車，提升行車安全保障。
