〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕大陸故宮博物院安檢全面升級，並首次將打火機等火種納入安檢範圍。2013年5月18日，故宮開始實行全面禁煙，觀眾在院內吸煙現象已有所減少。另外，故宮博物院正式關閉午門售票處，售票視窗全部移至端門西朝房。遊客排隊購票超15分鐘將發布預警並增開臨時售票視窗。
